I have an issue with MTN billing, a couple of times I have recharged my airtime and my airtime just goes missing.
I called MTN 173 and they have told me I have subscribed to some services and I HAVE NEVER did any subscription to anything. I would like to understand why for our security why do MTN allow such things happen.
I will have to change my Service Provider and my consider Vodacom. And I am not the first person to have this issue.
