Since the activation of my contract with Cell C, I have had little to no reception for calls and/or data usage at home and at work (Linden & Sandton). This I feel is a huge breach of contract on Cell C's part as I am a PAYING customer, yet the service is NOT forthcoming. I brought this to the attention of the Cresta Store Manager, Larry Mashua-this is a month ago and nothing has been resolved. I have since taken it further, spoke to Angela Nale (CEO Technical Escalations) at their HQ in Sandton this past Friday the19th to cancel the contract, my case has since been "escalated" (for the second time).

I have tried contacting Sebastian and Mario who work in the escalations department to no avail, even went as far as MD Lucky Mphofu and Armando- still to no avail. I am still waiting for them to call me back and resolve my issue. It is beyond me how paying customers can be treated in this manner, if you can't deliver on you promises as a network then don't make such promises, it's a very deceptive way of doing business.
