I still haven't been helped with regards to canceling a contract that was wrongly issued by telkom mobile, they supposedly opened up a case-which I was told takes 7 working days to process n I would thereafter get some feedback! It's 3 weeks since the case was opened n I have also been billed for a phone n contract that's not even in use!!! Furthermore NO FEEDBACK!
