Continuous sms messaging

I see I'm not the only one reporting this issue.
I stopped using their services when I moved, in March of 2013 but I am still receiving constant "service problem" updates.
I don't care about your services and constant messaging as I no longer use the service. Be very wary when handing over all your info to these guys and if possible, stay away from giving them your cell number as you will be constantly hounded.
I've e-mailed a number of times and never receive any response, so not too sure who to try?
