I needed some basic info from Neotel (how to forward calls, how to set up mailbox, etc.). After speaking to several people, nobody could help me. Different people gave different answers to my questions. So, I decided to send an e-mail to [Email Removed] The first e-mail was sent on 19/12/2012. Having had no response, I e-mailed them again on 03/01/2013. Today is 22/01/13 and sending the same e-mail to the same call centre will most probably not be of any value.
