Contract not cancelled

I have laid a complaint against Virgin Mobile regarding the contract that was never cancelled and they were so quick to list my name on ITC. Some from Virgin Mobile called 3 months ago and she said they were investigating the matter ever since then no one has come back to let me know how far the query is. Please help me.
