I am extremely upset with the service I have been receiving from Vodacom.

1stly I have always been with Vodacom for 10 years PLUS, and I am horrified that after being loyal, that this is the type of service im receiving.

MAy month 2013 - I get a call to say that a payment was not made in December and I now owed R700.
Which I refuse to pay as this is not acceptable why was I not told about this sooner.
I have no issue to pay the R131.00 but R700 accumulating fee I was never even told about you can forget!
I called I don't know how many times to try get this sorted, stating in every conversation that I have no issue paying I need the balance scratched as im not prepared to pay for an "accumulating fee" that I did not even know was due!

I called 3 times today as well to get this sorted and I keep being told to call customer services - which I tried online and mailing you guys - no RESPONSE! I am happy AGAIN top pay the R131.00 im not prepared to have bad ICT because Vodacom are to incompetent to tell their clients when a payment was not made and wait months until its R700.00. today R1000.00 than expect that money to be paid.
I just want this sorted - HELP!!!
