CANT GET CELL C TO SENT ME A TECHNICAN

I have a Cell C number but my service provider is Autopage. On the 11th of November 2013 I requested that a technician be sent to me because I do not have signal where I live and work. No response from either autopage or cell c. On the 18th of December 2013 I sent a complaint to cell c directly using Hello Peter. Cell C contacted me the next day but I was informed that as Autopage is my service provider they must arrange for a technician. I have followed up many times but to date I can not get somebody to answer me. Today when I phoned autopage they informed me that the complaint was sent to Cell C and that they must assist me. This back and forth referrals between autopage and cell c has been going on for more that 2 months now which of course in unacceptable. I pay for a service that I am unable to use at my place of residence and my place of work. This is a business line and I am not prepared to pay any further for a service that is not efficient and most of the time not working. I am losing clients and income. I want me service stopped immediately and my number released so that I can use a different service provider.
