I have really experinced a bad service from the vodacom call centre. I was transferred more than 3 time to cancel a contract which expired 2012 aAugust already. Every time the agents would not know what to do and simply transfer me to another department. And they have attitude and always interrupt when the customer explains the situation and get irritable. to name one a lady in accounts by the name of Candice. Finally Simphiwe at cancellations managed to help me with ease. Really, the staff there needs to do some serious training or look at the management of those people. This was quite an unpleasant experience.
