Your level of service is unacceptable since i logged a complaint 3 weeks back even today & worst part your consultant never gave me anything to read & every thing was based on what she said & now everything is incorrect but am being told some! & its really unacceptable.

refer to my previous complaint & why isnt Theria van staden returning my calls or emails, been email & calling since last week
