I have been struggling for 4 months to get my internet account re-activated after it was de-activated. Have made numerous calls, visits to Vodashops, got software upgrades, new sim card, filled in a mountain of papers, paid banking fees, re-activation fees, fax costs for filled in papers, talked to a lot of people at Vodacom and after promises of re-activation after 3-5 days I am STILL waiting! The managers are always busy and never call back. And now I receive a letter for final demand of payment for internet that is not working! My contract is costing me more on re-activation fees, petrol, fax costs etc than the contract is worth. This is the second time I have had a contract with Vodacom and have trouble with them.
