I complained before with regards to my ridiculous R2700 bill I received from MTN. I turned my phone off for the month as I first want to sort the data usage before I get another bill like that. NO ONE from MTN has tried to contact me with regards to my arrears account as I asked the bank to return the payment. They have my business number as they were all too happy to phone me them when scamming into buying this deal. NOW once again I am phoning after them. Their call centres are always busy and you stay on the line for 15 minutes and it suddenly goes dead. I am extremely upset by this service. I have tried numerous time to get through to no avail. Now it's once again the end of the month, it's time to receive this month's bill without being able to pay the previous month!!! I will not recommend MTN to anyone!!!
