Billed R6 200.00 on my Data Line

Hello.

I've had a busy Friday morning and wheni finally got to my office, i nearly fell of my chair after perusing my e-mail. I received an e-mail from a Valerie Payle (Still hasnt returned of my calls or e-mails) notifying me of my high usage bill on my data line. My average bill is R 400-R 500 per month but for the month of June its at R6 200.
Shouldnt there have been a RED alert immediatly if my bill had gone to over R1000, or shouldnt the account went in to a 'softlock'? Valerie didnt even ask to speak to me or leave or contact number but simply asked for my mail address.

Im definately not liable for this bill, untill a full investigation has been done. In the interim i have put a stop payment on this debit order if not i can kiss my money goodbye with not even an explanation left to it.

Hopefully i get some sort of feedback.
