We always reporting the bad service or when we unhappy but for zahir brown its different if you want to know the meaning of going the extra mile then his name is zahir forgetting the negativity and bad things we always hearing about telkom this guy goes beyond whats needed setting up our Internet for so many in the community. If we had more like him then cst service would be 10/10 always and I dont think his superiors knew what he done so im writing hoping his superiors would commend him.
