2nd complaint regarding Get It programme

Hi

This is the second time I am making a complaint regarding Get It and it is about the same thing. The first time I complained, I was promised that my issue will be resolved, and that was in March.

In February I joined Get It programme, and after a day of joining it I cancelled because I find it useless for me. End of Feb, I was charged a subscription fee even though they assured me that they will not charge me. They promised me a refund, but they charged me again in March. After making several phone calls, they have been promising me and assuring me that after 30 days, I will get the refund. It's been more than two months now, I haven't heard anything from them, I called Get It last Sunday, and like always, they told me that they can see that I'm owed a refund, and that they will get back to me. I feel like I am being ignored here, and I think they are hoping that I forget about this.

Can someone please tell me if I am ever going to see this refund? My contract with Cell C will end soon, and if this matter cannot be resolved before then, then I will have to get a new contract from another network.
