This is my 2nd complaint on hello peter about the same problem which Cell C promised to sort out. I have been trying to cancel my 'GET IT' subscription since Oct 2012. After my first hello peter complaint, beginning March 2013, Cell C said it was cancelled an I would be refunded from Dec 2012 and that the refund would be in my bank account by mid April, but my latest Cell C statement shows I I have been billed for April. So far I have received no refund. I have phone Cell C customer care on 06/05/2013 and was promised GET IT dept. would contact me ASAP, but to date I have heard nothing from them. I was given a reference number 6053095. I am not willing to wait another 5 months for a response.
