72 working hour target - 12 days!

I logged a call for the system not working as it should on Friday 12 July. I have registered for the wifi service. It does not allow me to add the MAC address of my laptop. to date I have had no feedback and the support desk seem to think that a simple query like this is within the target of 72 working hours (9 hours a day). My expected timeframe is by the 24th July. This equates to 8 working days for a response, not a solution. I know from experience queries never get answered, the case gets closed when it nears the 72 hour limit. I have gotten desperate enough to try the wifi option because I cannot get a decent quality signal at my premises. A call on that was logged and closed without a response as well. I hope you are proud at telkom of your service standards. The call centre take queries and nothing gets done.
