Base Station creating unbearable noise

I live next door to the Base Station in Blairgowrie North on Barkston Drive.

The generator has been going for days - i understanding it kicking in once the power goes off however when the power comes back on it should go off.

The noise is exruciating - i am experiencing severe headaches and have logged a complaint with your call centre: Ref S3-TV36C098 however they advised it will take 48 hours to get a technician out. I cannot stand the noise for a minute longer let alone 48 hours!

I then logged the complaint with Joburg city power: ref : 2142308276

But they too will take a few days to respond. and i am on my wits end. my dogs are crying and my chickens wont lay any eggs.

Please can you send someone out today to stop the noise.
