No Attempt To Resolve Query - Ignored!

Logged complaint/query 02/07/2013. Received email from Percy Manhire 03/07/2013, query remained unresolved. Received call from Bradley M 09/07/2013. Bradley M promised to resolve query and would call me back the same day... 10 days later and still no call back??? Received email from Lilanie Venter from client services with regards to same query logged with client services. 10/07/2013 Responded to Lilanie's email with all documents and proof of payments (as previously sent to the listed contact details). Nashua Mobile has truly disgusted us in the service we have received. We have been completely ignored. Please don't try so hard to prove innocence. The issue and fault remains with Nashua Mobile. Proof of payments are in black and white. Proof of emails sent are in black and white. Send me an updated statement reflecting the adjustments urgently. We no longer wish to continue with a contract where we do not receive "customer service"! Complaints out number compliments, proof of bad service delivery, embarrassing for Nashua Mobile!
