All Round Bad Service

We have had nothing but bad service from the start of our contract with Nashua. Firstly, Nashua delivered mobile devices late on 3 separate occasions. Then we had issues with the Cell C network, and it took 11 days for the Call Centre to come back to us with a solution. We queried an invoice on the 25 June 2013, and after 3 emails and 3 weeks later did they respond to my query (my query remains unresolved). They charged us at a premium delivery charge when it was them who delayed the delivery of the devices. Ontop of all these issues, Nashua had cancelled one of our Service Manager's network before he had even received the new devices or sims. This meant that he could not attend to customer calls for 1 day before this was resolved. We have a 24 hour service policy with our clients and as a result of Nahsua's negligence, we could not live up to our policy with our clients. Everyone in our company cannot believe the level of service that we have obtained from Nashua, and we will NEVER use their service again.
