PING 800 ms Latency 200 ms

I have been having an issue for the pas week where i can barely use my internet in Rooihuiskraal. My latency to local servers (Midrand) is at 800 ms, my line jitter is at 200 ms and download speeds are at a transfer rate of 10kb/s. This is not worth R500 a month and is ridiculous. If somebody knows of maintenance or something going on in the Rooihuiskraal are, please leave a comment so i know there is atleast a reason for the poor service.
