'To whom it may concern.
I took out a dongle stick with Cell c about a month ago. First I had to wait longer then I was told I would wait. When I finally received the stick it was faulty. I took it to a cell c store just to be told there as well they cant assist me, and because I did it via the call center I have to send it back. ( what a waste of time, does it really matter) They took a couple of days to collect etc etc etc...
Bottom line, I still don't have the new dongle as cell c does not follow up with their clients. I have to call in all the time waiting on the line for ages before being assisted. Instead when things are happening on their side they should keep the client informed either via sms or email. I only sent in the dongle (stick) for repairs and still have the sim which i want cancelled.
I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect, as I'm no longer interested in this deal as its been such an inconvenience. And if i don't answer my cell phone because I'm at work, leave a detailed message or email me.
