Billed when cancelled multiple times

I have moved to Australia on 1 April 2013. my husband Mr Jc percy has 2 acccounts for numbers 0828827424 and 0844006399. he cancelled both in Feb of this year but wr were still being charged. He subsequently faxed the cancellation forms through in May. I called and spoke to Johnathen in the call centre wbo confirmed that both cancellation requests were being procesded. money wasvtaken from my account after that and I received yet another bill. Please reimburse any deductions from the date the initial request was received. This is appaling service. I am overseas. The 0828827424 number should have been cancelled from 1 March 2013 and the 0844006399 number from 1 April. Please confirm urgently as we are tired of this.
