STILL NOT CANCELLED!!

Dear Nashua Mobile

This is a ridiculous situation and becoming worse by the day. I have commented on this site before and was told that the situation was being resolved.
There are two cell phone numbers in question :

082 882 7424 - this was cancelled by my husband on 15/02/3013 inside the branch. Still the money is being deducted from his account.

0844006399 - this account was cancelled in writing by the account holder in Feb 2013 but we also sent a cancellation fax on 04/06/2013.

I telephoned twice to South Africa from Australia - which is costly and both times I was told the matter would be solved.

Today we phoned the call centre to be told once again that there is no record of these requests after the previous 2 consultants agreed to this.
The account holder explained this to the agent and when he got upset she just blind transfered him to another agent.

This is incredibly bad service. We expect full reimbursement for the amounts being taken off our accounts or I will take this matter further.
