CellC directly misled me via their consultants who stated I would be moved to a monthly pay-as-you-go scheme until I chose a new package to upgrade to 7 months ago when my 2 year contract expired. CellC has been over charging me for the past 7 months for the same package which included a phone over 2 years ago.
I spoke to a 'manager' Muzi Mpanzi of customer care who was completely useless even after he claimed he had the authority to rectify the problem and asked me to make a proposal in order for this matter to be resolved and not lose me as a customer, as I have been with Cell C for OVER A DECADE. I finally spoke to Justin Hobbs 'retention manager' who after hearing the facts of the dispute and the terrible service I had received thus far, made it clear to me that he really couldn't care and would offer nothing to resolve the matter. I sent him an email last week and he has yet to respond.

It's amazing that CellC treats it's customers with such absolute disregard, after over 10 years of you choose to throw away customers like they mean nothing. I would love a face to face meeting with someone in the highest possible position at the Sandton head office. Cell C is a disgrace.
