Cell C
Query still pending, but query not solved

On the 23rd July 2013, yet another call to to suspend my line and take me to your legal dept, but 1 query of mine still pending. Now this consultant from accounts today is now telling me I used internet for over 2GB on my phone, at one go... why has this taken 6 weeks to be figured out? The past 6 consultants said I had downloaded something for 560mb...!! I am tired of being threatened by Cell C, and I actually regret ever taking out a cellphone contract with you. Now I am in this mess, my credit record is going to be compromised because of you! I will NEVER ever recommend anyone to take a contract with Cell C, ever!! Suspend my account for as long as it suits you, I actually don't care anymore. I will only pay what I believe I am liable for, anything over and above that, I am not paying.
