Can anybody answer their phones

I am still waiting to hear ANYTHING back from MTN regarding a contract I took out 03.05.13 - I have received my router (over a month late) and I am still waiting for my TV.

Nobody evers answers their phones, even visiting the store where I opened the contract does seem to help as NOBODY responds.

I dont even hear back from MTN after complaining on Hello Peter - WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO, yet MTN are very quick to debit your account.

This is beyond crazy!!
