CELL C DOES NOT FAIL TO DISAPPOINT

I spend a lot of MY hardworking money buying VERY expensive internet data from Cell C, R399 for only 3G of internet. Sometimes I have to buy twice a month, this is R800 for only 6 Gigs! One would expect that you are valued as a customer, that unfortunately is not the case with Cell C, they only value the customer's money. I dont like going into any Cell C shop, for the simple reason that you wait and wait. I often have to wait up to 45 minutes for assistance, just for a voucher to be printed which takes 30 secondes. Went to Clearwater Mall on Tuesday to buy a voucher. When I got home and recharged, a message (from Cell C) was in my inbox, with a link, advising me to update the "dongle" as the software expires on 31 July 2013. I followed the link, did exactly as instructed, and after that, I do not have the use of the dongle. I phoned Technical dept, to no avail. I went to Clearwater Mall tonight, and had to wait for almost an hour!!! before I was attended to. There are NO chairs where want can sit down. After and hour and a half, was told the modem must be booked in. You could not offer to replace the modem? It is your update that caused this. You would rather loose a customer?
