NO1 CAN HELP ME AND I CANT HELP MYSELF!!!

I have contacted the call centre to confirm my bankings and debit date as I have had prior problems with this issue. When i called in the agent I spoke to had no clue how to assist me with confirmation of bank details as I have debit orders running from 2 a bank accounts i spoke to a manager who went thru everything with me and advised me that it has all be updated, but I still requested a confirmation email of what has been dun. Its been 2 weeks since no confirmation email and wen I called in today and spoke to an agent she advised me nothing had been changed, I feel so helpless and no1 cares. I should not be held accountable for their mistakes but feel like there is nothing I can do. I hate having to complain but all I want is some1 to restore my faith and advise me its all gana be ok cz I am freaking out!! cant i rather pay manually if the debit order cant be administered correctly?? sum1 please help me before Im in debit with my bank because debit orders defaulting.
