2 weeks have past after originally posting my complaint on this site, yet, still nothing has been done. My contract ended during May 2013, of which I called 8Ta during April 2013 to request cancellation and have the number put onto prepaid. I was contacted by a retetions officer who confirmed cancellation of the contract for May 2013, and he confirmed that the number will be moved to prepaid. 2 months later, the contract is still active and I am still being billed. Judging from other peoples complaints, every person that tries to cancel their 8Ta contract goes through the same situation. This is disgraceful, since after complaining on this site the first time and also going into the 8ta store to fill in a cancellation of contract form, 8Ta replies to me my saying they cannot contact me, and supply another number that was not used by me on this site. Looks like I need to take legal action in order to resolve the matter. Are the 8ta representatives so illiterate that they do not understand, or is it that they JUST DO NOT CARE. I am utterly disgusted at the service My contract number in question is 081 470 9312 and alternative contact number is 082 7830 959.
