3RD COMPLAINT, NO RESPONSE!!!

Third time complaining, still no response. All I get is we will come back to you shortly, how long is a piece of string? Since July 5th, not a single call from anybody, what is the next step, as not even Hellopeter can get Cell C, a communications company to respond?
