NO PHONE FOR 3 MONTHS

I handed in my contract phone at the MTN (Westgate shopping centre) for repairs on 20 April 2013. Today is the 17th of July 2013 and still without a phone. Everyday i phone in theres a different story. But theres never stories when you take my money on a monthly basis. I've wasted so much money and airtime trying to get this phone back- This is totally dissapointing and unacceptable. The service ive received from MTN has been disgusting.
