Cell C
C - surance has still not returned my phone!!

I handed in my phone over to Cell C store West Gate Mall 02 October 2013, and I did everything I need to do, I was told my phone will be back after 30 days. Until today my phone is still in for repairs I call everyday and every time I call its either the person responsible for my claim is not in the office or on another line. Otherwise she keeps telling me stories each and everyday!!

I am inconvenienced without a phone, my bundles and airtime are expiring every month, thus I am paying for something I am not even using, money out of my pocket!

Today I called again and apparently the phone will again be delivered today at West Gate Mall after 16h00.

I am beyond Livid and hope this matter is dealt with accordingly.
