MTN - Pathetic & disgusting lack of Service

1. 27 May 2013 Handed my phone in at the MTN shop in the Centurion Mall. It was handed in for a software problem.
2. A week later I contacted the repair centre, and only at this point, was informed for them to be able to restore my phone to full working order they had to repair my screen. I was given the cost of the repairs and agreed to proceed.
3. 25 June 2013 I phoned the MTN repair centre again to hear about the progress of my phone. I was told the repairs had been done and that I had to make payment for the release of the phone. Once payment was received and confirmed my phone would be released immediately.
4. 27 June 2013 Made the payment of R1, 942 to MTN for the release of my phone.
5. 03 July 2013 Contacted MTN repairs centre only to be told that the phone had not been dispatched.
Spoke to a rude Supervisor who told me that they can't help.
