Incorrectly charged

Recently I upgraded number 0823707833 for a S4. I was told there will be no migration fee. Today I received a bill where I was charged almost R1800 for migration and another amount for handset 24 Rental. This is unacceptable. I need this rectified ASAP. Another upgrade on number 0823358106 was done for an S4 last week and again I am charged a separate amount for a 24 month handset this is misleading please help resolve.
