No feedback and bad service

I sent in my HTC phone for repairs on 19/06/2013. Timothy was dealing with my case. He infomred me the repairs would take anything between a week and two depending on the fault and violumes. After two weeks i called him to make a follow up and he started avoiding my calls till i went to the branch personally. He then mentioned that they could not find my proof of purchase hence the delay (which he could have told me on the phone if he had answered), then one of his colleagues who had assisted with me getting that device from my insurance informed him that the device was a replacement for a one. this resolved the matter as he knew were to get the proof. then he went AWOL again. at the end of the third week he finally responded to my message and told me that my device was now being fixed and i would get it before end of week (14/07/2013). Then i am trying again now to contact him and he has gone AWOL. he will not return my calls.

All i need is feedback. I do not expect the man to go to JHB and fix/fetch the phone. How difficult is that? i have asked him to give me the HTC number and reference and i can deal with them directly and he has not responded. This is unacceptible :(
