Incompetent service by nashua mobile

Nashua mobile decided to softlock both my husband's and my cellphone even though we had made payment on 23rd July 2013. we received an sms earlier that day advising us that our phones will be soft locked. my husband then went to the head office in Riverhorse Valley and spoke to Stephanie, who after much delay, advised that she had sent an email to advise that our phones should not be locked. approximately 2 hours later, we received an sms stating that our phones had been locked. this occured as a result of the incompetent credit department failing to allocate our payment to the account. this has happend on numerous occasions, mostly when we do payment early. we rely on our cellphones as a means of communication and it is highly inconvenient when Nashua mobile decides to block our line due to their inept and lazy staff. we are not even compensated for their lack of service. it is frustrating and unassuring knowing that our phones could be locked at any time without proper reason. nashua mobile's service STINKS! they portray themselves to be such an efficient company when in actual fact they are nothing but incompetent, inefficient and irresponsible.
