6 Months ago I did an upgrade and ever since then the service with MTN is dysfunctional.

I have a dual SIM, when I somebody phones me on my primary number they are met with the following message: The subscriber you have dialled is not available at the moment please try again later!

when I phone 100 (my voicemail) I am met with the following massage: The subscriber you have dialled is not available at the moment please try again later.

I seems that the call does not get routed to the secondary number, or when it does it does not get routed to the voicemail.

I have send numerous emails to dealers and MTN (even phone calls) in this regard and they are all unable to assist me in getting normality back to my service as was before my last upgrade.

I am now tired of being told things like USD's are logged to get the problem solve, it will 2 to 24 hours and please turn you phone off and on again, none of things I am told by customers service operators are help or solving my dilemma with the error message: The subscriber you have dialled is not available at the moment please try again later. I need to be reachable on my mobile phone and it is not happening at the present moment.
