SERVICE PLEASE???

As of the last 10 days I have had endless problems, in order - no sms notification for voicemail msgs / voicemail msg disappeared/ callers to my phone get msg saying they have dialled an invalid number!!??
After 5 phone calls to the call center the above problems are still unresolved. I spoke to Steven at Customer Services, who assured me the problem would be resolved, then spoke to technical support for 5th time in 2 days and was told to disconnect and reconnect the phone battery. Unsurprisingly this made no difference . called Steven again, still waiting for this to be returned.
I am a Psychologist in private practice and I need a phone and voice mail system that works consistently. At the moment I have a phone that cheerfully informs callers that they have dialled an invalid number!!!
Please advise why I should continue with this contract and not port back to telkom?
