BAD SERVICE - NO ASSISTANCE ON CASE 6253632

I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung SIII on my account in the beginning of this year. My Service was suspended due to a lapse in payment which wasn't my fault aswell, according to my bill I'm still being charged for a BIS on Blackberry that I don't have which wasn't paid. After numerous complaints I gave up and paid the amount due - and I wsa told my service would be re-instated in 2-24hrs and its been 48hrs and still nothing. I called 5 times and sent the proof of payment 5 times and the service desk agent just says the Case has been logged and we are attending and sends an email to the supervisor to escelate it (5 times). the last consultant I spoke to a Simphiwe I requested to please copy me in the email sent to the supervisor which hasn't been done either. the case number is 6253632. what is the use of giving your customers a case number if nothing gets done about it?
