The current problem is that one of the numbers ported from MTN is still on pay as you go even though it was requested both verbally & in writing to have it ported to a contact!
The history of this problem is as follows.
A few months ago I had asked Cell C Cresta to port 2 numbers from MTN. Unfortunately this process was a complete fp due to the stores incompetence in doing their jobs.
During this process I had found that they had ported somebody else's number onto my account.
Sisa has admittedly tried to contact me telephonically twice, but unfortunately I was in meetings every time she called. She has also contacted me twice via email, which I replied to, asking her for her tel # so that we can speak to hear & resolve issue. She has never provided me with a contact number, instead I keep on getting told that there is no problem with the 2 numbers ported.
THERE WERE 3 NUMBERS PORTED! I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP AS THIS IS BECOMING RIDICULOUS!
