A week ago, this was your response on my complaint:

"Our representative will be in touch with you shortly to discuss this matter and ensure that it is speedily resolved."

One big fat lie! You didn't even PHONE me. NADA. Nothing. AND STILL I had to phone and phone Ciska's number, but she doesn't answer. Nope, no feedback. I've been struggling with this since 22 April.

Enough people are aware of this problem I have regarding the anesthetist's account, but no one is stepping up to just HANDLE the problem, it seems.

And who is the one suffering? Me, the client.

I need Bonitas' payback amount (as I had to settle the full account beforehand), as I have other accounts I have to pay.

I think it is PATHETIC how you just don't care to bother to phone me back. Where is MANAGEMENT??? Will SOMEBODY just STEP UP and handle this once and for all? Seriously it is not rocket science.

Shame on you. SHAME. on. you. My money I have to pay every month, but to not even return a phone call?? Answer an e-mail? Get back to a complaint on HelloPeter?

Pathetic.
