I notice Vodacom is the top company receiving complaints the last 3 months - why am I not surprised?

They changed their website and now require me to register again!!! so I do as I do a number of my transactions on the website, if my data runs out I go to the website to renew, anywhere else is expensive and if I use out of bundle rates it is a rip off (or bigger ...). So what are you suppose to do? Register; so I do (3 times) and they promise to send me an email to activate, no email... Eventually phone the call centre (BEWARE DONT DOTHIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE LOTS OF PATIENCE!!! HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PATIENTS DONT PHONE... except if you have suicide intentions). The 1st time I phone: 13 minutes eventually answer, explain my problem get a reference no promise someone will phone within 24 hours, that was last week Wednesday, no call.

Phoned Wednesday again, 44 minutes no answer (if you have a previous complaint with a ref no. dont tell them that, it goes to an un-maned phone), try again 15 minutes, explain my problem but they will call again, sorry I want to speak to the MD, "ok hold on will get the extension number (9 minutes) then a story MD on his way to take my call...
