No feedback from Telkom re Cancellation

Jan 13 I went to the Walker Drive Store & requested a technician be sent to my garden flat, as I was not sure if a new line installation was possible. They stated that they cant do this unless a order was submitted - I reluctantly did so, specifying start date 01/03/13. Confirmed that the technician will contact me - I specifically stated that I need to confirm if a line installation is possible. On 05/02/13 I received an SMS - technician has been dispatched.By the time I got there he had already left. He specified that I must get the line installed at my own cost, from exchange to premises. On 05/02/13 I went back the Walker Drive Store & informed the consultant that I want to cancel the order - I was not willing to pay for the laying of cables, electricians, etc. She proceeded to cancel the order via PC & confirmed such. On 06/02/13 I received an SMS - order has been completed & will be billed from 05/02/2013, regardless of the fact that I requested this 01/03/2013 & that it was cancelled the day before. Phoned 10210, Tebogo assisted me through cancellation process again. Stated that I will still get a bill, I must contact Telkom once received & dispute. Various emails were sent
