After All The Apologies, Nothing's Changed

A few weeks ago I complained about the treatment my girlfriend and mum received at St. Augustine's hospital when they were there. I got 2 phone calls from the ward manageress, 2 phone calls from the customer services department and a letter from the hospital, all full of apologies and a thank you for bringing it to their attention. Just as I thought... all a bunch of bull and a waste of everyone's time.

I, unfortunately, had to be admitted into St. Augustine's and honestly, absolutely nothing has changed since my complaint. I was in Surgical Ward 1 on the 26th & 27th of June and I must admit, day shift nurses... excellent. Perfect examples of how all the nurses need to be. Night shift nurses... Netcare are waisting money paying them. Rather tell them to stay at home and leave the patients to see to themselves during the night because that's exactly what I had to do.
