Atrocious service and insults

Where to start? Firstly I'd like to say that at the said time myself and a friend arrived at KFC Tokai for a meal. Apart from having to wait for the staff to eventually serve you (they're clearly sleeping on shift), do they give you wrong orders (in my case the wrong piece of chicken), when you're unsatisfied then the night shift staff gives attitude. Its sad that I've been left with a lingering guilt each and every time I place an order with night shift staff, does it appear that I'm bothering them. Unsightly and unfriendly faces awaits me each time I spend a big buck for a meal. To cap it off, the night lady serving me had the audacity to jokingly mock me by calling me a "fattie" as I left (she probably thought I couldn't hear her). Now is this the kinda service that the "restaurant" owners pride themselves in? As a hospitality employee myself I know this to be unacceptable. I've been a KFC customer for 20 years and have noticed a steady decline in customer service at this particular branch. I'd have fired this lady if she was working in my restaurant.
