Blatantly to regarding phones location

My husband signed up for a contract with MTN Westwood in October 2012 for a Samsung Galaxy S3. He used the phone for 2.5months and suddenly it stopped charging in December even when plugged into power for hours. We took the phone back to MTN Westwood and they requested proof of purchase so they could send the phone in for repairs. I took this document in and was told I would be called.

I was not called, I called mtn about 8 times and each time I was told that the person responsible for sending my phone to Samsung was out etc. after about 2 weeks, I returned to the store and was told that Maryam & the other 2 ladies that were dealing with our issue had been fired & the phone was still at the store!

It was then sent for repairs and we were called 3 days later to pick it up. It worked for 2 days and stopped charging again! We attempted to take it to MTN Musgrave but was told that only MTN Westwood can deal with the issue. I find this extremely ludicrous as I am forced to deal with an MTN which is operating so incompetently even though I am paying MTN every month!

My husband is still without a phone, as we handed the phone back to MTN, and demanded that we be given a new phone!
