NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY I HAVENT BEEN BILLED

Early this year we were cut off, i had to deposit the money into 8ta's account to get my internet back up. And guess what at the end of that month i was double debited, i had to go off to the bank to to try and stop it... For four months now 8ta have not debited my account, i thoought there was a problem from my banks side so i called them only to be told that there has been no attempt from 8ta to try and debit my account, and worst case scenerio if they did try and it failed the bank would have charged me, which they didnt.

I have emaild i have called and no one can tell me what is happening. When i called and was put on hold for 15 minutes a lady did confirm that YES she can see that an error has been made from 8ta's side... SHE CONFIRMED THIS... days later i get a messgae saying that our data is going to be cancelled as we owe R700... we owe R700 because 8ta have made a disgusting mistake which no one is actually prepared to inform ME the CUSTOMER . But they want to cut me off because of their errors!!! Now they want to cut me off i cannot believe the service provided by 8ta
