Hi,
I have settled my Smart Loan, and FNB debited my account, and I was due for a refund that was in November 2012.
According to FNB I was "double refunded" which was the error on the side, I was not advised of the mistake.
Then on the 31.01.2013 my account is debited, i called the customer care, they advised me that I owe the bank.
My question is why i was not advised of the mistake, so that we can arrange when it is convenient for me to pay back what was paid to me in error.
and i only check money going out of my account, as all the monies coming in my account, is mine
Can some one look at this and advise urgently
