I received my upgrade handset along with a new sim card. The invoice says to contact telephone number 0831239622 to activate the new sim card. which I have done a number of times last night and today. I am told by the system that it is unable to validate my request. This evening I called your 1555 help desk, who said I should call 808.
I was hesitant to call 808 as they are unhelpful most of the time.
I called and got through to Larato Mabilo working at your 14th avenue office. she doesnt listen to my complaint or think about it objectively; that an upgrade had been done and a sim card issued, all of which including the new sim card number was on her system; but had one thing on her mind the whole time, A WRITTEN REQUEST MUST BE SENT THROUGH. as much as I tried to reason with her that a written request had indeed been sent through already, otherwise I wouldnt have been sent the new instrument and sim card. She kept on with her same reply - WRITTEN LETTER. When I asked for an email confirming all the above, she refused. Lorato tells me that her supervisor's name is Suresh Natha and her Directors name Sifiso Thabengwe. According to Lorato she has no Manager? She has also been in the
